If a result looks wrong
If a number looks off, we want to know. The calculation behind WordCount365 is documented — splits the text on whitespace after normalising punctuation, so hyphenated and contracted words count once, and it derives reading time from the word count at a typical adult reading speed — which means most errors trace to an input that does not match the model, or a rounding edge. Tell us what you expected and where, and we will check it.
